Instructions for Yoni steaming at home
The Following is a suggested method of doing a vaginal steam at home. (Full disclosure this is a suggestion and be sure to research and consider any safety issues concerning yourself and this technique before trying this at home).
Add about a cup of your chosen herbs to a basin of hot water or bowl.
Let the herbs steep for at 10 minutes.
Remove your clothes from the waist down.
Stand or squat directly over the basin or bowl. Some people prefer to place the basin in the toilet and then sit on the toilet. ( I like using a basin and finding a comfortable seat over it on the floor, I then use a nice sized tapestry and wrap it around me like a long skirt to keep steam in).
Wrap a towel around your waist and legs to prevent the steam from escaping.
The average steam session lasts between 20 and 60 minutes.
