( Includes: 2 prenatal visits, birth support, 1 postpartum visit)

Postpartum Care

• $40/hr daytime hours 

• $55/hr Overnight hours

   Select your preferred package or we can build your own unique package based on your certain needs

 

   - PP "Basic" Package: (daytime hours): 80 hrs, $3,200 (for parents who need mild care, 3-4 times a week, 5hr shifts, looking for a month of care)

   - PP "Deluxe" Package: (daytime hours): 160 hrs, $6,400 (for parents who need full time care, 4-5 times a week, 5-8hr shifts, looking for longer than a month of care)

   - PP "Overnight" Package: 120 hrs (equal to 15 overnight shifts, $6,600 (for parents strictly wanting overnight support, shifts are 8 hrs, 3-4 overnights a week)

   - PP "MIX" package: 10 Daytime shifts / 7 overnight shifts $5,080 (5 hr daytime shifts, 8 hr overnight shifts)​

Prenatal Yoga

• $150/single session (75 minutes)

Bengkung Belly Binding

• Sacred 2 hour belly binding ritual $200

• Includes: Beautiful 100% Muslim Cotton Belly binding wrap & homemade Ayurvedic warming paste

• Soothing Lymphatic Massage for calves and ankles

• Any other attention your body needs (shoulder rub, back)

• You will learn how to self bind or have a partner/family member learn how to bind you

• A self care ritual that is deeply routed in your wellbeing as you enter motherhood, you deserve it <3

• If mamma decides to hire me for postpartum care, I will be binding you at the start of every shift
